Situated in the downtown Vancouver, the English bay boasts its perfect location in the area. The weather was both sunny and cloudy.  It was cloudy and windy on the beach where I stood at. That’s why the sand colour was a little dark due to the reflection of dark clouds. But it was so shiny far away over the mountains. The clouds looked like big brushes in the sky on that day. Thus, they have depicted for the viewers on the beach dramatic cloud effects on the canvas of the sky .  

英文湾坐落在温哥华市中心，占据极好的地理位置。去的时候天气既是晴天，也是阴天。我所站的沙滩位置的头顶上方是乌云密布，所以沙滩的颜色经过反光显得有点暗。而远方山上确是烈阳高照。天上的一朵朵云就像一个个大的笔刷，在天空这块大帆布上画出了各种各样的效果。

The dancing clouds were here and there up in the sky, thus they created an amazing reflection in the water. There was also gorgeous lighting on top of that. I was able to see the blue violet colour of water shadow. I have seen other artists put purple colour in the ocean and I did not it was real in the nature until now. I am convinced by the charm from the nature.

奇妙的效果不只是在天上挥舞的云彩，正是由于它们错落地漂浮着，于是产生了云和天的倒影，再加上光线色彩，我看到了蓝紫色的水中倒影。以前看到别的艺术家给海水描绘成紫色，我都有点不相信。这次亲眼看到后，才被大自然的魅力所折服。
