During the pandemic, we could see a lot of people sharing positive posts and videos on Instagram. Akhil is one of them. He is a proud Indo-Canadian and stays optimistic in the life. He practices meditation every day. At quite night, we leave out all the thoughts and think nothing when we meditate. Even though it is not a long time, it will bring us pleasure. We learn how to connect with ourselves and to find the true self.

疫情期间，在Instagram上可以看到好多传播正能量的帖子和短视频，Akhil就是其中一位，对生活一直保持乐观向往的态度，并且坚持每天静坐禅修。在晚上夜深人静的时候，安静地坐一坐，抛开所有的念头，什么事情也不去想，就算是时间不长，也会有很愉悦的收获，学会和自己相处，去找到真正的那个“我”。
