Professor Stephen Farthing, an art scholar of world authority and the Rootstein Hopkins Research Chair of Drawing at the University of the Arts in London as well as a member of the Royal Academy of Arts in the U.K., commented that “Dr. Wang’s paintings may draw heavily on the traditions of Eastern art, but they present themselves as extraordinarily Western ideas and images.” He also said that “Dr. Wang’s paintings very elegantly bring two forces together—the force that rejects perspective and the force of Photorealism. Professor Wang’s paintings reach across cultures to celebrate the space that exists intellectually and emotionally between representation and abstraction, between a fact and an idea.”
On July 30, 2008, the United States Congress recognized Dr. Yuhua Wang as a “great artist and sculptor” and officially chronicled such recognition in the Congressional Record. The same record also mentioned that she “takes great pleasure in helping others, is a selfless person whose moral character is noble, and has made great contributions to the development of cultural exchange between the East and the West.”
The ink-wash paintings of Dr. Yuhua Shouzhi Wang are characterized by a divine and natural artistic conception. The paintings’ layout arrangements are bold and easy, the energy contained and expressed in the ink is fluid and powerful, and there is not a trace of trying. In 2013, President George Christophides of the World Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centers, and Associations (WFUCA) led a group of specialists to visit the International Art Museum of America. They highly commended Dr. Yuhua Wang’s artworks that were on view at the time. On the spot, they named one of the artworks “2013WFUCA” and issued a Passport for Global Ethics specifically to the International Art Museum of America.
On January 22, 2019, in appreciation for the outstanding contribution to art by Dr. Yuhua Shouzhi Wang, the New York Academy of Art especially conferred on her a certificate to recognize her excellent talent and achievement as a first-class international artist.

2013年聯合國教科文組織俱樂部、中心、協會世界聯合會（WFUCA）的George Christophides主席帶專家視察美國國際藝術館，見到玉花壽之王博士的作品，大為讚歎，當下評定命名為“聯合國教科文組織俱樂部、中心、協會世界聯合會2013”，並特為美國國際藝術館發了護照。
2019年1月22日紐約藝術學院感激玉花壽之王博士對藝術所作出的非凡貢獻特地頒贈證書，認定她的傑出才華與成就為國際級第一級藝術家。
