I did this portrait of my voice teacher Kevin Zakresky. This piece was luckily selected as the first winner winner in the portrait exhibition “Canadian Face” from “Opus Oh Canada Virtual Art Tour” in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Kevin is wonderful teacher in the music pedagogy. He also plays the piano so well. He has inspired me to explore my potential through singing. When I was drawing this piece, I was singing in my heart. I could feel this wonderful process in the passage of time.

这是为我的声乐老师凯文而作的肖像画。在加拿大温哥华Opus举办的视觉艺术展览“加拿大人肖像”的主题中，此作品很幸运地被选中成为第一名。凯文在音乐教学领域是一名非常出色的老师，他也弹得一手好钢琴。通过发声唱歌，他启发了我如何去挖掘自身的潜力。当我在画这一幅画的时候，我的心里在歌唱，这是一个很美妙的过程。

Kevin is also a conductor based in in Vancouver, British Columbia. But he has performed the concerts throughout different cities in the USA and other continents. Kevin acquired a Doctoral degree in Choral Conducting at Yale University in February 2012.

凯文老师居住在加拿大温哥华，他同时也是一名指挥家。他在美国的不同城市还有世界各地都举办过音乐会。2012年2月，凯文老师毕业于耶鲁大学，获得合唱指挥的博士学位。
